
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 2lbs Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 1/2 Cups of Plain Flour
- 4 Chopped Shallots
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Cups White Wine
- 1/4 Stick of Butter
- 2 tbsp Goya Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

METHOD: This recipe is so easy to make and if you so choose, you only need one skillet to cook it in.
- Take one chicken breast and using knife on a slant, slice into 3 pieces
- Slice Mushrooms and chop shallots
- Add flour to a bowl and add the Goya seasoning, mix well
- Take each chicken breast and roll around in the flour mixture until completely covered




- Add olive oil to skillet, when heated add the mushroom and shallot mixture
- Add the white wine and top with butter and parsley
- Place the chicken on top of the mushroom mixture
- Cook the chicken and mushrooms for 6 minutes, turn the chicken and cook for another 6 minutes
- When the chicken mixture is cooked, transfer to a bowl or plate
- Top with parmesan cheese and add rest of the parsley for a garnish, serve with pasta if desired.
