
KOOKY CUPCAKES!
INGREDIENTS:
- Charm Your Guests Victoria Sponge Cake Recipe.
- Alternate: Any boxed cake mix of your choice. Pumpkin, Lemon, Pineapple, Chocolate. Red Velvet.
- 1 Large container of Cream Cheese Frosting.
- 1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- Candy Corn and Sprinkles Toppings.


METHOD:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees or follow box instructions.
- Blend together your cake mix. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
- While the cakes are baking, whip up the heavy cream until peaked.
- Add whipped cream to cream cheese topping and mix together.
- When the cakes are done and cooled, pipe or spread topping on top of cupcakes. Decorate with Candy Corns and Sprinkles.
VOILA!

CREEPY CRAWLIES!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Package of Mini Chocolate Donuts
- Mini Pretzils
- 1 Packet of Mini Candy Eyes
- 1 1/2 cups of Melting Chocolate
- Chocolate Sprinkles
- Wilton Candy Melts Pot

METHOD:
- Using your Wilton Candy Melting Pot, melt the chocolate.
- Break pretzils into pieces and using the curled pieces, add to the donuts on each side for the spider legs.
- Spread each donut on the top with the melted chocolate.
- Add the sprinkles and the eyes.



GRISLEY WITCHY FINGERS!

INGREDIENTS:
- Green Candy Melts
- Pretzil Rods
- Slivered or Whole Almonds
- Black Icing Color
- Cocktail Sticks
- Small Paint Brush

METHOD:
- If you are using the Black Icing Color, mix the color with 1/2 teaspoon water. Then paint the Almonds. Put into the refrigerator until dry.
- Melt the Green Chocolate in your Wilton Candy Melts Pot.
- Spread the Chocolate Mixture on Wax Paper and roll the pretzil until covered.
- Add the ‘Witchy Nails’ painted or Whole Almonds to the end of the Chocolate Pretzils.
- Take a Cocktail Stick and drage across the fingers to create creases.



HALLOWEEN CHOCOLATE PRETZILS!
YOU CAN ALSO USE THIS METHOD FOR CHOCOLATE PRETZILS. SELECT THE TOPPINGS YOU NEED AND BE CREATIVE!


MAGICAL CHOCOLATE APPLES!

INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Pink Lady Apples
- 6 – 6 inch Lollipop Sticks
- Melting Chocolate – any flavor or color.
- Assorted toppings: Candy Corns, Crushed Mixed Nuts, crushed Oreo Cookies, Mini M & M’s, Chocolate Sprinkles, Rainbow Sprinkles, Mini Marshmallows mixed with Mini Chocolate Chips.
- Wax Paper
- 4 cups Boiling Water
- 1 Packet of Wilton Party Bags.
- Assorted Gift Ribbon.
- Plastic Spiders.


METHOD:
- Add Apples to a heat proof bowl and pour over boiling water. Wait about 40-50 seconds and wipe clean with a paper towel. This will take the wax off the apples which will make it easier for the Chocolate to stick.
- Pull out the stem of the Apple and insert a lollipop stick – about 1/4 to 1/2″, set aside.
- Melt the Chocolate in your Wilton Candy Melts Pot.
- Cover a flat tray with wax paper.
- While Chocolate is melting spread out your assorted toppings onto the wax paper.
- Holding the Lollipop Stick, turn the apple upside down and dip the apples into the melted chocolate, until almost covered.
- Transfer the apple and dip the top of the apple into the chosen topping. Roll or gather topping onto the apple sides. Stand apple on its top to dry. Repeat. When all apples are dipped and topped, transfer to refrigerator until set.
- When the apples are set tie them up with ribbon and place a spider in the middle of the ribbon.
